Ingredients: 6 # light malt extract syrup 1+ # NW Gold dry malt extract 8 oz crystal (60 L.) 8 oz carapils 4 oz chocolate malt 2 oz roasted malt 1 oz perle pellets (boil) .5 oz cascade pellets (boil) .5 oz cascade (flavor) 1 oz williamette (Aroma) 2 tsp gypsum Wyeast American Ale II
