- .40 lbs Flaked Barley
- .25lb Black Patent
- 1 oz Northern Brewer Hops (bittering)
- Wyeast 1084 Irish Yeast
- Irish Moss
- Gypsum
| OG: 1.044 FG: 1.011 Primary Ferment: 7 days Secondary Ferment: 10 Days | Procedure:Steep grains for 30 minutes at 155
Add Extract and hops at Boil
Boil 60 minutes then cool, sparge, and pitch yeast. | | |
